**Custom Jewelry Order Terms and Conditions**
1. **Order Placement and Design Phase:**
- Customers must provide accurate and detailed specifications for their custom jewelry order at the time of placing the order.
- The design phase will commence once the customer's requirements are received and confirmed.
2. **Payment:**
- Payment is required before the design process begins - terms as determined by jeweler.
- Payments are non-refundable once the design work has started.
3. **Design Approval:**
- Customers will receive design concepts for approval.
- Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.
- Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.
4. **Cancellation and Changes:**
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a partial refund, covering materials and design work.
- Cancellations after 48 hours will not be eligible for any refund.
- Changes to the design can only be accommodated during the initial design phase. Subsequent changes are not possible.
5. **Production and Completion:**
- The production of the custom jewelry will begin after design approval.
- Production times may vary based on design complexity and materials used.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.
6. **Quality and Acceptance:**
- The final product will be inspected for quality and accuracy before shipping.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the product upon receipt and reporting any issues within 48 hours.
7. **Ownership and Reproduction:**
- The design and intellectual property of the custom jewelry will remain the property of the jeweler.
- Reproduction or use of the design without explicit permission is prohibited.
8. **Liability:**
- The jeweler is not responsible for any adverse reactions to materials used in the custom jewelry.
- Any allergic reactions or sensitivities are the customer's responsibility.
9. **Shipping and Insurance:**
- Shipping fees and insurance costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The jeweler is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during shipping.
10. **Disputes:**
- Any disputes will be subject to resolution through negotiation and, if necessary, legal procedures under the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, CA .
